Risk disclosure
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 29 October 2026
Trading in the financial markets carries a high risk of losing money. Before using RCM Trader Hub, read this disclosure carefully and make sure you understand the risks.
The risk of trading
- Currencies, CFDs, indices, commodities and cryptocurrencies can move very quickly and unpredictably.
- With leverage, a small price change can cause large losses in a short time. You can lose all the money in your account.
- News, weekends and periods of low liquidity can cause price gaps in which your stop loss is filled at a worse price than expected.
- Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Trading is not suitable for everyone.
The specific risks of copy trading
- A mistake is multiplied. Everything you do on the master account, including mistakes, is repeated on all followers at the same time.
- Multipliers also multiply losses. If a follower trades twice the master’s lot size, it also loses twice as much.
- Accounts do not always end up the same. Because of delays, slippage, differences between brokers, lot rounding or rejected trades, each account’s result may be different.
- Technical failures can happen. A disconnection or a failure of the platform, the broker or the internet can mean a trade is not copied, not closed or closed late.
- Prop firms have their own rules. Copying trades or exceeding their limits can make you lose the account or its profits.
We do not give financial advice
RCM Trader Hub is a software tool. Nothing you see on the web is an investment recommendation or financial, tax or legal advice: not the lot calculator, the economic calendar, the indicators, the alerts or the statistics, nor the indicators published by other users.
All trading decisions are yours. If you need advice, consult an independent authorised professional. You can check whether a firm is authorised on the website of the Spanish securities regulator, CNMV (www.cnmv.es).
We do not manage your money
- We are not a broker. Your money always stays with your broker, in your name.
- We do not receive, hold or move our users’ money. The only thing you pay us is the subscription to the service.
- We do not manage anyone’s accounts or trade on your behalf: each user only connects their own accounts and chooses their own settings.
- MetaTrader credentials can only be used to trade. Deposits and withdrawals are always made in your broker’s client area, which we cannot access.
Past performance
The statistics, history and performance shown on the web refer to the past and do not guarantee future results. The screenshots on the home page show the web app with sample data.
Before you start
